ASP.NET Core is a comprehensive open source multi-platform web development platform based on the .NET Framework. We explore all facets of the platform in the morning and early afternoon including coding fundamentals, web apps with MVC/Razor Pages/Components/Tag Helpers, web api with Swagger, real time apps with SignalR, and data access with Entity Framework. The final 2 hours are spent exploring the experimental Blazor project that creates client side single page apps using C# and Razor Components.
